I bought 2 of these bags and I'm glad I did. They're great if you just need to take one of your flashlights with you. Its made well and the Velcro on the outside is sweet. They are well worth the price and I can honestly recommend them!
The storage bag handles my PD40 Flashlight, the case for the PD 40, and the 5000mAH Battery. I use it for when I travel on planes as a carry-on.
I always travel with a Flashlight, because they come in very handy especially at night with no lighting around.
