Fenix lighting the only light that will out shine the 🌞 and the opps

I purchased this customizable company logo tk22rv2.0 and the logo I submitted had very small words and numbers. I was very skeptical and accepting of the fact that it probably would not show. Boy I was wrong. Beautiful work.

The staff at Fenix have responded promptly to all my inquiries and delivered what was promised...what else is there?

I had two C7 flashlights engraved with my own logos. It was easy to upload my own graphics files and the previews of my logos proved to be accurately rendered for size and placement on the actual flashlight. I selected the C7 for my first two tries at engraving because I already own one and am completely satisfied with its performance plus the head has an even surface for a logo (as opposed to the fluted surfaces of the heads on tactical style lights).

The two logos I created were based on the Wyoming state flag. I was concerned about the resolution of the engraving but everything turned out fine - even the thin tail of the bison on the flag. My concern was based on Fenix not providing any guidance other than file type for logo uploads. What is the ideal resolution for my files? 300DPI, 240DPI, 150DPI etc.? What are the maximum dimensions for the logo? Nobody at Fenix could tell me and nobody could put me in touch with the engravers. Additionally, Fenix has a Wyoming logo design available for engraving but the bison on it is not representative of what the animal looks like on the real flag. It looks like a pudgy baby bison with very little detail. It looks low resolution and that made me question how my logos would turn out.

The online order process did allow me to provide notes to the engravers and I asked them to let me know if my designs were suitable for engraving. My order included a printout of my notes with portions highlighted. The engravers did read what I wrote!

The engraving only took one day and the C7s arrived before the rest of my order. Uploading my own custom logos was easy and the previews were very accurate. I only wish Fenix had provided provide full specifications for the graphics files so I didn't have to guess. The files I created were 3,000 X 2,000 pixels at 300DPI and uploaded as PNGs. I had high expectations and the engraving turned out perfectly!

Obviously the flashlights are the same great quality as I’ve come to expect from Fenix, but what really amazes me the most is how quick the turn-around time is on a custom engraved flashlight! In just a few days my flashlight was delivered. I’ve actually purchased quite a few of these engraved flashlights as gifts, and they always hit the mark! The engraving itself is high quality, just like the flashlight! I also like that the team contacted me to verify some details of my logo, and it ended up being I mistake I actually missed! I’m very glad the team is so meticulous and caring about product quality and customer service!

This is a great light! The engraving is perfect and the order/delivery time was amazing. I use this light daily for my job inspecting equipment.
