A: Rotate the dial clockwise to tighten the headband, and rotate the dial anticlockwise to loosen the headband.
*When the headband hits its maximum length, keep rotating the dial and the operation direction will reverse.

1-How to untie the AFH-05 headband
- Remove the pulling rope from both ends of the open groove.
- Slide the open groove through the buckle to untie the headband.
2-How to attach the AFH-05 to the headlamp
- Slide the buckle through the headlamp brackets.
- Slide the open groove through the buckle.
- Fix the pulling rope on the open groove.
