As the principle U.S. distributor for Fenix® brand lighting products, Fenix Lighting offers a lifetime warranty against any defects in material and workmanship for Fenix lights purchased from our website or a retailer within our network.
Please note that the Fenix brand has come to an agreement with a small amount of other retailers which allows them to service their own customers. If you purchased your light from one of those retailers, we will refer you to their service center for support. Examples of retailers we do not support warranty service for (not a complete list):
Rest assured that no matter who you purchase from, your Fenix product will have the same excellent warranty.
Excluded from warranty coverage is any damage to the exterior deemed reasonable wear and tear such as scratches and/or fading of color. In addition, the warranty does not apply to damage caused by abnormal or unreasonable use of any of the components. This includes use of unapproved batteries in Fenix products (see user manuals).
This warranty is in place of all other warranties, including warranty of fitness for a particular purpose and warranty of merchantability and excludes any liability for incidental or consequential damages.
If your Fenix product has a manufacturer’s defect covered by our warranty, we will either repair or replace it, at our option, without charge.
Most damaged Fenix products not covered by the warranty can still be repaired. If repair costs and handling charges apply, you will be notified prior to any service. All warranty repairs or replacements are at the sole discretion of the Fenix Lighting US Authorized Repair Center and we reserve the right to refuse a request.
Merchandise may not be returned without the prior approval of Fenix Lighting US. Please contact customer service with any inquiries you have on products that were shipped in error or are found to be defective in workmanship and quality. Fenix Lighting US is not responsible for any product shipped to the Service Center for repairs without a Return Authorization.
