Works great

Nice to have on hand when you need a latern-type light. I use it when I need to take quick notes somewhere dark. I also use it for a light source when I take photos, I like that it diffuses the light so that it doesn't wash out one spot in photos. When you need to be fast, efficient, or just need to knock out a photo really quick, this littel tip makes it easier to paint a nighttime photo or just to get that extra light for the right exposure. It won't replace your speedlight flash or other lighting equipment, but it's great in a quick pinch. Especially for four bucks.
